Weathering the Storm Together

The strong winds and storms that moved through First Electric’s service area on Sunday, June 25, devastated the electrical system. Over 38,000 members were without power, some for multiple days. With more than 242 broken poles, crews worked tirelessly to rebuild lines and make the necessary repairs.
First Electric was fortunate to have mutual aid assistance from other cooperatives across the state to help with restoring power to our members.
