Online Bill Pay - First Electric Mobile App

First Electric is a not-for-profit electric distribution cooperative. We don’t generate the electricity, we distribute it.

The First Electric app is our free online bill payment system that also allows you to report a power outage and monitor your energy usage. If you are new to paying your bill online, you will need to create a First Electric app account.

Click here to log into the First Electric app or to create an account.

More ways to pay and billing options can be found on our website, www.firstelectric.coop, under the My Account tab.

The first electric cooperative in Arkansas. Incorporated April 26, 1937, we energized our first line near Jacksonville with three employees and served 150 members.

Power outages happen – planned and unplanned. Our realtime outage map keeps you informed of the status of power in your area at all times.

Energy Efficiency

We serve more than 96,000 member accounts throughout 18 counties in central and southeast Arkansas.

The goal of First Electric’s audit program is to help you save money by identifying areas where your home’s energy efficiency can be improved. We offer two types of audits for your convenience.

First Electric also has an online Energy Advisor to answer your questions.

Check out the Energy Services tab on our website, www.firstelectric.coop, for options on energy audits, energy efficient products, energy saving tips and more!

Operation Round-Up

The cooperative's headquarters is located in Jacksonville, with four full-service offices in Bryant, Heber Springs, Perryville and Stuttgart.

Small Change That Changes Lives - More than $1 million funded in donations since 1998!

Participating in Operation Round-Up is easy. Each month, First Electric simply “rounds up” the electric bill of participating members to the next highest dollar. For example, a member’s monthly bill of $52.73 would be rounded up to $53, with the additional 27 cents going to the Operation Round-Up Trust fund. Donations are tax-deductible, and participating members are sent a summary of their yearly contributions in December and January. Click here to sign up.
